Three men beat up another man in the Capital City Mall Thursday afternoon and stole his money and American Eagle merchandise, Lower Allen Township police said.

Police are asking for the public’s help finding a trio who they said arrived around 3:30 p.m. and approached a man they knew outside the LA Nails salon.

Surveillance footage of the incident shows the man tried to walk away from the suspects, but they followed and started punching him, police said.

The men threw the fourth to the ground and left the mall with his money, shoes and retail purchases, police said.

Police said the three suspects drove to the mall in a light green or tan sedan — possibly a 2008-2011 Ford Focus. The panel above the car’s front left tire appears to be damaged.

The suspects parked and entered near the Hartzdale Drive side of the mall, police said. They said the vehicle’s driver stayed outside while the three passengers went into the mall.

Anyone who knows the suspects or has information about the robbery is asked to contact Lower Allen Township police at 717-975-7575.
