DRIPPING SPRINGS, Texas – Two people were arrested following an armed carjacking and robbery in Dripping Springs Sunday. 

Authorities said around 2 p.m., they were called out to a reported burglary in the 200 block of Old Fitzhugh Rd. Through security footage provided by the victim, they were able to get a look at the suspects. 

Suddenly, deputies said they received an alert of a possible carjacking in the area, which was later determined to be related to the initial burglary call. 

Several officers, including DPS Troopers and Precinct 4 Constables looked for the suspects and first found Kotie Anderson, 37, and shortly afterwards caught Joshua Dickens, 31, both were believed to be involved in the armed carjacking. 

According to investigators, no one was injured during the incident. 

Deputies said an investigation on the incident is still underway.
